We customize our services based on your building’s floor plan, existing facilities and the number of daily users. Our specific equipment and trained workers provide special care and handling to high-usage areas such as offices, restrooms and parking lots.

We provide in-depth training that ensures each worker who wears our company uniform is properly competent in maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness. By placing special emphasis on training, we ensure that your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Why Rising Green Janitorial:

  • We have a continuous training program in order to ensure all employees are constantly updated on all industry developments through training programs. An annual comprehensive housekeeping training should be given to the janitorial personnel giving emphasis on good grooming, public relations, customer service, security awareness, health care waste management, proper use of cleaning chemicals, and proper use of janitorial materials, tools and equipment. The first training would be given prior deployment and every succeeding month.
  • We ensure the provision and daily presence of a Project Manager or Supervisor. The Project Manager/Supervisor’s tasks/responsibilities as enumerated but not limited to the following:
    1. Shall monitor and be responsible for both the administrative and technical performance of the Janitorial Staff, and other provisions covered by the contract and these terms of reference.
    2. Will be the company,s contact person for the duration of the contract, and is required to establish a routine for communications with the client to provide a prompt and timely response to any concerns or problems that may arise. Time and frequency of direct meetings may vary as determined by the client.
  • Shall review and report to the client the overall performance of personnel,
  1. Shall monitor and control proper usage of janitorial supplies and equipment.
  2. Shall ensure that supplies delivered by the contractor within the premise are enough to cover consumption for at least one (1) month. Must secure an updated housekeeping plan and inventory of supplies, tools and equipment.
  • Rising Green provide working schedule of their Janitors and/or supervisor(s) with planned replacement during the absence of their Janitors and/or supervisor(s) every two weeks. Records of attendance and overtime of any extra personnel that may be required by client must be maintained and checked by the supervisor and attached to the monthly billing for payment.

 

CLEANING SERVICES

Service Book

In the buildings there will be a log/report book, which would be maintained by the supervisor of cleaning services for the premises.

A daily record should be entered for the time at which service was performed, along with the names of each of the service staff responsible for service on that day. Moreover, any observations which are relevant to the cleaning service requirements would be noted and brought to the awareness of the client.
